- No purchase necessary.
- Competition is open only to legal residents of the following European countries: France, Italy, and Spain.
- Entrants must be aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their families of ACCO Brands Corporation and their subsidiaries, their agents, resellers of Acco products and anyone professionally connected with this competition.
- No cash alternative to prizes will be offered.
- Only one (1) competition entry may be submitted per person during the Contest Entry Period, regardless of e-mail address used.
- The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize without notice.
- The promotion will officially commence on 01.10.2008. Participants may only enter after this date. Promotion officially ends on the 31st December 2008. No entries will be accepted after this date.
- Winners will be selected by a random draw which will take place on or before 5th January 2009 and the competition winners will be notified by e-mail, phone and / or postal mail on or about the 12th January 2009.
- Promoter: Acco Brands Europe Ltd., Oxford House, Oxford Road, Aylesbury, Bucks HP21 8SZ.
- No correspondence by the promoter will be entered into.
- Entries become the absolute property of the promoter.
- Acco Brands reserves the right without liability to withdraw or amend this promotion at any time if we feel that this promotion has been compromised in any way.
- There may be a tax liability if you accept a gift or reward in connection with your employment. If you are in any doubt you should check with your own tax advisor.
- You should ask your employer for permission before taking part in this promotion.
- The promoter reserves the right to feature the details of the winning entries in future promotions, however Acco Brands would ensure that your identity is protected by only using your first name.
- The list of competition winners will be posted on www.gbcsureflowlamination.com on or about the 12th January 2009.
- When entering the competition you acknowledge that you have read and understood and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
Prizes:
- Prizes are 5 Surfing Weekend breaks in Portugal for 5 couples. Package includes: Return Flights to Faro & airport transfers, 2 nights accommodation on half board at Praia D'El Rey Marriott, All equipment, 2 full days surfing lessons, Picnic Lunches both days, Transfers between activities, Full Event Management & services of local reps.
* All the activities are designed with the beginner in mind, full tuition and guidance are provided where necessary. You do not need to be extremely active but a reasonable standard of fitness is advised.
- No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.
- All holiday locations, dates and runner up prizes are fixed and not changeable.
- All travel must be completed within the time-frame stated within the competition.
- ACCO Brands accept no responsibility for hotels / tours / airlines etc. being withdrawn or amended.
- Passports and Visas are the responsibility and cost of the prize winner.
- Transport between home and the airport is the responsibility of the prize winner unless otherwise stated in the competition.
- Holiday Prize Winner or recipient of the Holiday Prize (if different) will be required to provide a valid passport and be free to travel during May 2009.
- In the event that ACCO Brands are unable to contact winners within 6 weeks of the applicable draw, having used reasonable efforts to do so, ACCO BRANDS reserves the right to determine a new winner by conducting a further draw from all valid entries into the original draw.
- Winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
- The promoter reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion in circumstances outside its reasonable control.
- By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to ACCO Brands for the purposes of administering this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. All entry instructions form part of these rules.
